What You Will Learn



Will cover the correct technique of multiple Kettlebell skills. You will learn the following:

Deadlift, 2 hand swing, 1 hand swing w/ transfer, the Turkish Get Up and the military press 



Will be offered to those that have successfully completed level 1. You will review skills already covered in the form of a workout and these additional skills will be added:

Single leg deadlift, swing clean, goblet squat and the bottoms up press.



Will be offered to those that have successfully completed level 2. You will continue with skills already learned and some double Kettlebell work will be added:

Double KB swing, clean and squat as well as the 1 hand snatch.


Classes will be 1 hour long,  twice a week.

Payment for classes will be due before the first week of class to insure  your place in our semi private sessions (max 6 people)

Class fee - $140 payable by cash or check .


What To Bring


Arrive 5-10 minutes early ready to train

You may wear flat-soled shoes or train barefoot

Wear workout clothes

Please bring a small towel with you

Water will be provided

Yoga mats are provided

No children or spectators allowed
